In partnership with the French company Sokola (throughout this “Terms” of Use “We” or “Our” or the “Company” refers to Zenlife Ltd.) (the “Site”).  

The content of this Web site and any text, audio, video or images, is intended to convey general information about the Company and its products. It should not be relied upon as it may be updated and changed from time to time, and you’re welcomed to contact us for more details. 

Your access to and use of the Site and any site or application that replaces, supplements, or supersedes the foregoing and the services offered through the Site, if any (the “Services”), is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Website. You warrant that you are at least 18-years old and you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.   The site or products not intended for use by anyone under 18. If personal data is collected from individuals known to be under 18, it will be promptly deleted.

In order to contact us you will be asked to supply certain personal information (the “Personal Information”), such as full name, email, telephone number and country. If you choose to provide such Personal Information, you agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself. The use or disclosure of any Personal Information you supply is governed by our Privacy Policy.

2.1 If you provide us with any feedback or suggestions, including support inquiries (“Feedback”), you hereby assign all rights in the Feedback to the us and agree that we will have the right to use the Feedback and related information in any manner we deem appropriate. We will treat the Feedback as non-confidential and non-proprietary. You agree that you will not submit any information or ideas that you consider to be confidential or proprietary to us. 

2.2 The company is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the site, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

2.3 the site and its content are provided “as is” and that the company does not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content.

2.4 The website does not contain product usage instructions or for the consumer, which should be read on the labels, or any other consumption recommendation.

3.1.   All intellectual property associated with the Site is owned by us or our licensors,

which includes materials protected amongst others by copyright, trademark, or patent laws. All content on the Site (except for Personal Information as defined

above), including but not limited to text, software, scripts, code, designs, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, applications, interactive features and all other content is the Company’s proprietary property; all rights reserved.  

3.2.   The Site’s logo and trademark, and any other product or service name or slogan displayed on the Site are our intellectual property and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission. You may not use any metatags or any other “hidden text” utilizing the name of the Site or any other name, trademark or product or service name of the Company without our prior written permission. In addition, the look and feel of the Site, including all visual design elements including page headers, custom graphics, button icons and scripts, are the service mark, trademark and/or trade dress of the Company and may not be duplicated, copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without our express prior written permission. 5. Miscellaneous.

5.1.   We reserve the right to change these Terms by posting, at any time, in our sole

discretion, by posting changes on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any amendment shall evidence your agreement to be bound by the revised Terms.

5.4.   Applicable Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance

with the laws of Israel, without regard to the choice-of-law principles thereof.  

5.5.   Assignment. Neither the rights nor the obligations arising under this Agreement are

assignable by you, and any such attempted assignment or transfer shall be void and without effect. We may assign its rights and duties under these Terms to any party at any time without notice to you. 

5.6.   Notice. You agree that any notice, agreement, disclosure or other communication that the Company sends you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including that such communications be in writing.  

5.7.   Entire Agreement. This Agreement and the Privacy Policy constitutes the entire agreement between the parties pertaining to the subject matter hereof, and any and all written or oral agreements previously existing between the parties are expressly cancelled. 

5.8.   Our failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any of these Terms shall

not be considered a waiver of any provision or right.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and do our best to give you a secure online experience.  This privacy statement explains the data collection and use practices of Zenlife Ltd., (the “Company” or “We” or “Our”) regarding your use of this website (the “Site”). 

Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings given in our

Terms of Use.

Information Collected 

The information we gather from you helps us learn about our members and potential collaborations and the users of our services. We may collect the following information: 

1. Personal Information. “Personal Information” means any information that we could use to identify an individual. We do not collect any personally identifiable information from you (e.g., name, company, address, telephone number, facsimile number, e-mail address) unless you voluntarily submit or otherwise disclose this information to us, including information submitted or disclosed by mail, telephone, fax, or electronically. We will not sell, trade, or rent your personally identifiable information to third parties. We will only use your information to respond to your request for information.

2. Other Information:

With regard to each visit to the Site we may automatically collect the following information: 

1. Technical information, including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect a computer to the Internet, login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other information;
2. Information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream to, through and from the Site (including date and time); knowledge you viewed or searched for; page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from the page.
3. Your location may be determined when you access the Site based on the access points you are using to establish an online connection. We use the data set forth in this Section 2 in aggregate form only (“Aggregated Data”).

3. Cookies

In general, we do not use cookies to collect your information. We do however use: 

(i) Google Analytics. Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google that collects usage data using various technologies such as cookies. Google Analytics utilizes the data collected to track and examine the use of the Site, to prepare reports on the Site’s activities and shares them with other Google services. (ii) Elementor services. We use a sub processor called Elementor that is a website platform for WordPress®, and that use both their own- and third-party analytics services, as detailed in their Privacy Policy. Elementor may use your data in accordance with their Privacy policy. A

full list of Elementor’s sub-processors can be found on their website. An Elementor cookie may be placed on your computer. 

4. Use of Information Collected

Your Personal Information (to the extent we have it) will be provided when legally required,

or when reasonably necessary to prevent harm in an emergency situation. In all instances, we’ll share the minimum info necessary to meet the immediate need and inform you of our disclosure when legally and practically possible.

5. Third party websites. Our Site may include hyperlinks to, and details of, third party websites.

We have no control over, and are not responsible for, the privacy policies and practices of third parties. 

6. We store all of our information using industry-standard techniques. We do not guarantee or warrant that such techniques will prevent unauthorized access to information about you that we store.
